Seeing jobs become more and more scarce, Mrs. Webb and her husband founded Hope Ministries of the Valley, Inc., which facilitates the distribution of free food and clothing to the needy, and directs them to outside services and resources when needed. With 41 years of experience in administration and management, she implements her expertise to her position as the CFO of the foundation, and spends her time promoting her ministry while also motivating other similar agencies.
Providing food and clothing for the needy is only one aspect of the organization; Mrs. Webb ensures that there in fact is clothing available for the needy. She also oversees public relations, fundraising functions, and the training of volunteers, and organizes yearly outreach special events such as the "Christmas Is For Children and Families" Christmas party or the Outdoor Gospel Sing Benefit that raises funds and food for the homeless.
A member of the Community Service Network, the Valley Alliance, Inc., and the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, Mrs. Webb is also the senior pastor of the Augusta Foursquare Gospel Church. She has been recognized with several awards from the International Church of God, including Youth Leader of the Year Award, the Sunday School Superintendent of the Year Award, the Mother of the Year Award, and the Young Ladies Auxiliary Counselor of the Year Award. In addition, she also received the Virginia Outstanding Girl's Club Coordinator Award and the club she coordinated received state regognition. In the future, Mrs. Webb intends to still be living life to its fullest while experiencing continued career, community and spiritual growth.
