Di Castri to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his extraordinary effort in the Education Industry. As Principal of St. Joseph's Elementary School, as well as throughout his phenomenal professional career, Mr. Di Castri has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
St. Joseph's Elementary School is an educational establishment located in Victoria, British Columbia. The school provides classes for students in preschool through grade seven. The school strives to build on the foundation of faith already established at home. St. Joseph's Catholic School offers a full academic program, including French and Music, in a Catholic milieu that is rooted in the Gospel values Jesus taught and lived by. They offer small classes which provide an intimate setting for the education of the whole child; spiritually, academically, and physically.
Simon is responsible for managing all major aspects of the facility as well as supervising the work of staff and teaching. It is of great importance to Mr. Di Castri that students are provided with a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment, allowing them the opportunity to take risks and stretch their horizon, while expanding their experience, knowledge and skills.
During his collegiate career, Simon earned a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in English History from the University of Victoria. He is a member of the National Association of Elementary School Principals.
